Where do you ship from?
We ship all of our orders from the West Midlands, UK, where our location is based. We are only 5 mins away from the main Royal Mail dispatch / distribution office within the region.
How do I get a refund on an item ?

Can I have a Device Repaired Same Day?
We offer a same day service for most device repairs, usually once available to us within 1-4 hour of the delivery time, excluding any delivery delays as a result of supplier(s) or third party(s).

Yes, we are pleased to confirm that we offer 24Hrs. Call Out Services! Please note that there is a charge for our Call Out Service. Rates are calculated based on location and the services requested.

Can I request a service?
We offer a self controlled booking system which allows you to choose a service and arrange an appointment to suite your convenience. For more information, visit our Appointments page.
Do I need to book an appointment to visit?
No, we operate a 24Hr provision of services system which covers the normal working day, out of hours services, emergency call out services, etc. Contact us for more info prior to visiting our location.
Will I have warranty for my device repairs?
We provide a guaranteed 18 Months on all of our repairs which ensures you have the peace of mind, where there are circumstances which VOID the terms of warranty, this would usually be disclosed / discussed with clients prior.
Do I receive warranty with an item purchased?
We offer an 18 months warranty period for all devices purchased from or supplied by DTECPC CO UK considering the terms of warranty are still valid on the date and time of when the request was initially submitted.
Can I see / watch my device being Repaired?
We do get similar requests from some clients which we can allow, considering the convenience, free of other clients, if we have the space to accommodate at the time of request.

How do I know when my repairs are completed?
We keep all our clients in the know with constant communication via email, text messaging, phone call, WhatsApp etc. with images or video, whichever is more convenient from the date and time of when the device was initially collected / delivered.
